Where do I start? I saved your letter for last. I wish I could put into words the feeling of gratitude that I have towards you. I believe my house served as a great learning curve for both of us and anyone else involved. We ended up pursuing every avenue possible to ensure a transaction went through successfully. When I was looking for houses in Utah back in January, I didn't know you. I came across your picture on an advertising board simply due to you being the listing agent on a house that attracted me. You showed me another house and the rest is history. I thank the Lord that it was you on that advertising board that day. The effort you put forth on this transaction is more than anyone should expect. Yes...it's an agent's job to make a deal go through, but somewhere along the way, this became more than business. This was my home.
By you accepting Power of Attorney, you became intimate with the details of every thought I had about this house. You helped me not just as an agent, but as a friend. The connections you have and those that you made along the way in order to make this happen, proved to be invaluable. When I was worried, you assured me. When I called, you answered. When I changed something, you rolled with it. My saving grace when it came to peace of mind was that I knew that you were the one on the other end helping me. This would have never happened without you, and I am forever in your debt for this. Please know that when I come home finally and I wake up in the early morning in Grantsville...that it is thanks to you and all your efforts that I am able to do so.
