Cleaning your home is a top priority. When a home is not clean or is cluttered this can say a few things to a buyer almost immediately.
1. This home might not have been maintained very well and there could be some issues that are hidden.
2. There is not a lot of storage space in this home.
This is something that can either be hired out or you can do a few items on the following check list to get your home ready to list on the market as soon as spring comes.
1. Eliminate Clutter before You Start
2. Follow a Room to Room Checklist - a great checklist can be found HERE
3. Donate or Have a yard sale to get rid of all unnecessary items before you sale.
4. Desensitize yourself to your home. Remove all personal photos
